EPG is not loading

Use this checklist when the program guide is blank or incomplete.

Fast checks

1. Refresh the source.
2. Test your internet connection.
3. Check whether live channels still play.
4. Confirm that your source includes EPG/XMLTV data.
5. Check whether the issue affects all channels or only some categories.

Common causes

Symptom	Likely cause
No guide anywhere	source has no EPG, EPG URL is down, or credentials expired
Some channels missing	channel IDs do not match guide IDs
Old program data	stale XMLTV output from the source
Guide works elsewhere but not Tifo	send source shape details to support without sharing credentials

What to send to support

Do not send your password. Send:

• source type: M3U or Xtream;
• whether channels play;
• whether EPG is fully blank or partial;
• a screenshot if it does not expose private info;
• app version and device.
