Xtream login is not working

If Xtream login fails, most issues are caused by URL shape, credentials, or provider API availability.

Check the basics

• Server URL copied exactly.
• Correct http or https.
• No extra spaces.
• Username and password have the right case.
• Subscription/source is active.
• Source works on the same network.

Server URL shape

Some sources give a portal URL that is not the same as the Xtream API URL. If the page opens as a retail website or dashboard in a browser, it may not be the player API endpoint.

Never send your Xtream password in public support threads. If support needs diagnostics, share only the URL shape and the error behavior unless explicitly instructed otherwise.
